I've had training with kubatons, police nunchuks, batons and tactical pens but it's been awhile.

I am in the process of turning a collaspable baton into a selfie stick with the idea that as such it could be carried anywhere, including onto planes, cruiseships and foreign countries without drawing any attention i.e, hide in plain sight. Basically it involves putting a camera mount on the end and make it look more like a selfi stick than a baton.

Neat twist on the tactical pen.  Not worth $25 imo but neat ideas.

This is exactly the kind I carry on my car key chain.  I've had this now for over 25 years.  Has some of the black rubbed off in places but that's purely cosmetic.  Probably bought it for $5 or something at a flea market.  Handy little defensive weapon that lasts and lasts.

And it always cracks me up that they will let me on a plane with a pen, but not a Swiss Army knife.

Never been a fan of these - but no doubt they have their uses. Handy little surprises though...

They are an extremely practical, useful and discreet martial tool. And inexpensive as well. A good flashlight with a sharp bezel also is effective.
