Stopped by the local Walmart today to look for those nightlights David mentioned and again couldn't find them. So I broke down and asked a employee usually they have no clue but much to my surprise he brought me right to them, we bought 4 @ $9.96 each. Very impressed with them put 1 in our bathroom, 1 in the kitchen, 1 in my sons room & 1 in our room. I figure that's good enough because our other 2 bedroom in the house are not used as much. Great buy thanks for the information.
Spent the rest of today going through flashlights and lanterns to assure they had fresh batteries and still worked, only lost 3 cheap ones to the trash can so I have plenty.

I received a mosquito bed netting and wrist band mosquito repellent units. If we did not have vector control in the area, we would be inundated with mosquitoes after the first rain.

Passed my P.A.T. this afternoon in 4:30. That includes two 220 yard runs, in and out of a cruiser and trunk, firing 6 rounds each hand, going over walls, under and around barricades and pulling a 150lbs sled 100 feet.

In preparation to sight in my 44 Marlin I dragged out my old reloading stuff and reloaded 60 rounds for testing. That led to the following...
Reloaded....100 more rounds of 44 mag, 50 for hunting, 50 defense loads
Deprimed another 100 44 mag cases. I still have a couple hundred empties. I used to shoot long range pistol silhouette. My goal is to have 200 rounds on hand. Will probably load a bunch with hard cast lead SWCs since I have about a thousand of those stashed away.
Deprimed 150 44 spl cases, just waiting to get into the tumbler for polishing. Not sure where I got all the 44 spl cases but oh well. Will probably load about half for defense and half for general plinking. JHP for defense and semi wad cutters for general shooting.
Deprimed 200 38 spl cases, again waiting for polishing. I probably have a couple thousand empty 38 cases from back in my PPC days. Mostly will be loaded with Lead Semi Wad Cutters but will load about 50 as defense loads.
Got a couple hundred 357 cases waiting to be reloaded. Will likely load some JSP & JHP for hunting, some for self defense. The rest will be LSWC for general purposes. I have a couple thousand .38 caliber SWC bullets left over from the old days.

I added two more rechargeable solar powered LED motion lights outside. On a sunny day, they will charge up and last all night long. On a cloudy/rainy day, they seem to last about 4-6 hours.

This is something I need to check into. I've got a few spots that could use more light. And as a norm, we have plenty of sunshine to charge up the system.
