have you had any luck growing onions? We have tried four years in a row and can't grow a decent onion. We have tried from seeds and from bulbs. We grow great looking plants, but when you go to harvest, the bulbs are small. Looking for any suggestions. Not onions haven't tried... but have Garlic. Ha...

How about potted plants? Many do well if potted ( not all ) but I have done tomatoes, beans, peppers all growing on my deck trellis

Even tried the upside down tomatoes from hanging baskets ( worked fairly well )

Just got the seeds in the ground for some beans and some prev started tomatoes
It was 70 yesterday .

Still holding on the potted fig trees... looks like some just below 32 temps coming and don't want the new leaves to get frozen. ( like last year )

I usu drive at 10 over.... and others still pass me like I'm standing still. Always need a rabbit

But then I also mostly do my long driving in the night. I have no issues/problems driving thru the night when traffic is the lowest.

bring back the "chair" ...
and a sure and SWIFT trial ( none of this 3 yrs later trial )

Do they sail out of NY in the winter? Yes they do..... at least NCL does. The main reason we have been with NCL now for many years is that Carnival use to go out in winter but change their last trip to the end of oct-nov. Since we have open time in winter we switch and found it to be a better cruis...

Royal cruise out of Tampa or Canaveral for next January/February. Those ports are only 1.5 hours from our place in central Florida

Yes... that's why I go out of NYC. It's 45 min ride by car service. Easy and no luggage weight. ( wife takes a suitcase just for shoes )
