Every Thursday morning My Father in law and I go to the range and fire off approx.. 30 rounds each.
Also can anyone tell by my pic what generation my Glock 19 is?

Yep, Dave has a Gen 2 G19.  He's had that bad boy for years!
Scout, are you a lefty by chance?
Yes but shoot right handed, why do you ask?
Your shots are towards the right side of the target, which generally means a lefty is shooting. A right handed shooter will have a tendency towards shooting on the the left side of the target.

Yup, right handed will usually push low left. Yours are fading right and low. 
If you're shooting righty, I'd say you are probably pulling with the first joint of your trigger finger or maybe torquing too hard with your support hand.
Ok, I will try to adjust that next week.. Cant hurt to try!
